INDIVIDUAL GIVING + COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR
The Hometown Project is seeking an Individual Giving + Communications Coordinator focusing on managing and growing the Individual Giving Program overall and involves fundraising and donor engagement across both our 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizations. This includes some support for foundations when individuals are giving through donor advised funds or family foundations as well as collaborating on communications, event strategy and execution. Individual fundraising tactics and strategies will focus on relationship building through events, communications, social media and email correspondence, and individual meetings to ensure every supporter feels deeply connected to our mission.
Temporary Role | Remote/ NYC/ Part-time (10-15 hrs/week)
INTERNSHIPS
The Hometown Project is seeking interns to support its mission and goals for the 2025 and 2026 election cycles. The interns report to and work directly with the Executive Director and also work closely with Director of Program & Operations and Founder. They are responsible for duties ranging from helping build and enhance our community of musicians, actors and athletes, to researching and writing campaign and candidate details for various internal and external materials. Interns perspectives on culture and civic engagement are highly valued and interns are encouraged to participate actively in team meetings and partnership meetings. Traditionally internships reflect college semester structures, offering Fall, Spring and Summer internships.
Internship is a remote (via video and calls) and based on approximately 20 hours per week.
